Joi Key is a storyteller, speaker, and community builder dedicated to creating atmospheres filled with joy, empowerment, and encouragement. Known as a Joy Generator—someone who intentionally creates atmospheres of positivity and belonging—Joi is passionate about uplifting others and helping them embrace the fullness of who they are.

A summa cum laude graduate of Alabama State University with a degree in Communication Studies, Joi has professional experience in education, event planning, and content creation. She uses her skills to build bridges across generations, spark meaningful conversations, and remind others of their inherent worth.

She is the founder of Circle of Joy, an initiative designed to provide safe spaces for women and girls to be celebrated, supported, and inspired. Joi s also a dynamic speaker who has shared her message at youth conferences, local churches, and high schools.
